Meet up at the Museum: Food
April 17 @ 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
It’s a feast for the eyes as we create an artful buffet looking for food in art! Explore depictions of a types of food through sensory tools, make new connections, exchange recipes with other visitors, and create a low-calorie (paper) pizza to take home with you, and enjoy an interactive performance.
Participants can choose to explore artworks in the galleries, play games, get creative during a hands-on, art-making experience, and more! Adults on the autism spectrum and their guests are invited to join this drop-in program. While the needs of individuals with autism are the focus of this program, it is also fun for family and friends.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation may be provided during this event upon advance request. Please send us an email for more information.
